  1. Excellent. I have had many bland variations of Swiss Chicken, but the broccoli makes the dish. My husband and I loved it.

  2. Had to cook mine a bit longer as I had some huge chicken breasts so I think some of the sauce may have dried up. Otherwise I thought it was great and easy to fix for a weeknight dinner. Thanks!

  3. Sorry, but this just wasn't for me. The sauce tasted a little process and it just wasn't too flavorful. It was quick and easy though. So if your not picky and you want a hot meal... then it works.

  4. Another terrific recipe from Denise -- fast, easy, and tasty. Reminds me a great deal of a one-dish meal that I used to make years ago which had a breadcrumb-stuffing topper... so, of course, I had to serve this with stuffing! The one issue that I had was that my onions didn't get quite as soft as I'd hoped, so maybe next time I'll either chop them instead of slicing, or I'll saute the sliced rings before adding them to the dish. I used 1/2 cup of sherry with my batch and it was out of this world. Thanks for sharing! :)

  5. We tried this last night and thought it was quite good. I didn't have the wine so I just used water and it was still nice. Will definitely have it again. Thanks!
