  1. Soak Tapioca in milk overnight.
  2. Place in microwave and cook on high (mine is a 1200watt) for 5 min., stirring well every 2 minute and when finished.
  3. Transfer to a saucepan and cook on med/low.
  4. heat for approximately 5 min, stirring constantly.
  5. until it thickens.
  6. Allow to stand for a few minutes and it will.
  7. thicken even more.
  8. Enjoy!
