- 1 (6 ounce) box macaroni shells and cheese (not velveeta)
- 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- paprika (to taste)
- garlic (to taste)
directions
- bring 6 cups of water to boil. Add pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes. While pasta is cooking, mix 1/4 cup yogurt, cheese, paprika and garlic and stir until smooth. Drain the pasta in colander, then return it to saucepan. Add cheese sauce, stir well and serve!
