  1. This is a simple recipe that I have not use for years. I think I found my copy in an old Canadian Living magazine. Can't get any easier than this. This also works well over meatballs and served as an appitizer

  2. Made this today to go on steaks- The steaks had a really sweet taste. Next time I will add more soy, a bit less brown sugar. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I have made this twice. The first time as is with Pork all night. Came out good. The next time I added 2 tablespoon of AH-SO sauce with Pork and marinaded for a few hours, came out real tender. I BBQ both times. I don't have sherry but I do have cooking wine so I used that. I can't wait to try steak, we aren't steak eater my DH can't chew it that well, so I need a real tender steak I hope this will do it. Thanks

Born, raised and living in the great state of Texas! In addition to cooking, my passions are decorating, reading, poking around antique/junk shops and travel (I was a travel agent for 15 years). I used to collect cookbooks, my favorites being Southern Living, but now I have Recipezaar which is a lot more fun. I'm always on the lookout for recipes with shrimp, pasta, or spinach.
