- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
directions
- Combine all ingredients in sealed Ziplock bag and marinate beef or chicken overnight.

I have made this twice. The first time as is with Pork all night. Came out good. The next time I added 2 tablespoon of AH-SO sauce with Pork and marinaded for a few hours, came out real tender. I BBQ both times. I don't have sherry but I do have cooking wine so I used that. I can't wait to try steak, we aren't steak eater my DH can't chew it that well, so I need a real tender steak I hope this will do it. Thanks
