"Tomato soup that tastes sooo good! I made this because I wanted tomato soup but something different. So then I came up with this. Like the name says, its really easy and very satisfying"

ingredients

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can water
¹⁄₂ packet of lipton garlic and herb dry soup mix
2 teaspoons cracked pepper
1 teaspoon basil
1 ¹⁄₂ cups fresh spinach
8 grape tomatoes
¹⁄₄ cup mozzarella cheese

directions

Make tomato soup according to the can. Then while the soup is heating, add the half packet of dry soup mix. Turn heat on high and stir occasionally. Add pepper and basil.
Half and quarter the tomatoes. If they are big, they should be quartered. once the soup is bubbling, add the tomatoes. Stir for 2 minutes.
Last, add the spinach and stir for about 5 more minutes. Divide into bowls and add mozzarella on top. Serve with Cheez-it crackers.
