Easy White Pizza Dip
"Great for entertaining or a party get together.
This is great for potlucks also. Toss it together the night before in a microwave safe dish. Keep in fridge. When ready to serve, just nuke it at high temperature. All microwaves have different temp settings, So I can't give you a time. Use your discretion.
Serve with Italian or French loaf. Or try with crackers or some toasted pita bread.

- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pepperoni or 1/4 cup chopped prepared bacon
- green olives, for garnish or black olives, chopped for garnish
directions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a casserole dish combine.
- soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- remove from oven, garnish with olives.
- Serve.
