Good flavor, nice texture, delicious flavor. I made this using my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer - let is do all the work. I found the dough a little sticky so I ended up adding a little extra flour. Made two beautiful loves, great with butter & honey, as a sandwich or toast. Yummmmm. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made and enjoyed for PAC, Spring 2009
