Directions

  1. Beat eggs until frothy. Mix in oil and sugar. Blend in zucchini.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into zucchini mixture.
  3. Add vanilla and nuts.
  4. Pour into two bread pans.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Pour glaze over hot bread still in pans, it will bubble.
