ingredients

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 7/8 ounce) envelope onion soup mix (I used Lipton's Onion Mushroom )
¹⁄₂ cup plain breadcrumbs
¹⁄₄ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¹⁄₂ cup Egg Beaters egg substitute (I used Southwest Style )

directions

Preheat Oven to 375.
In a bowl, combine packet of soup mix, breadcrumbs, and cheddar cheese.
Pour Egg Beaters into a small bowl.
Dip chicken into Egg Beaters, allowing any excess to drip off.
Pat both sides of chicken in breadcrumb mixture.
Add chicken to pan or baking dish and cook, uncovered, for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
