  • 1 12 lbs pork sausage
  • 18 eggs
  • 2 cups condensed milk (not sweetened)
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups croutons

directions

  • Cook and stir sausage until light brown and drain. Place sausage in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  • Beat eggs, milk and salt, stir in cheese and pour over sausage.
  • Top with flavored croutons. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
  • Bake uncovered at 325 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. (can take up to an hour).
  • Can add onion, pepper etc. Also, can use chedder, pepper, or any mixture of cheeses.
