Egg Beaters

"Eggbeaters are more than just egg whites. This does not keep well so make up only what you want to use. You can freeze the leftovers."

  1. This was good! I did add the food colouring because I didn't like the look of it without. I usually just scramble plain ol' egg whites, but this tasted better and looked great! Made for Went to the Market tag game. Thanks Nyteglori! :)

  2. THIS IS SO AWESOME! DH and I are on weight watchers and go through a LOT of eggbeaters. It was getting kind of expensive and now we can spend that $ on fruit & veg. THANKS!!

  3. I used this to make Weight Watchers OAMC Spinach Egg Cups to Go, Recipe #295994 . They came out PERFECT. I love knowing exactly what's in my food, and this was a wondful solution, PLUS it is much cheaper than the commercial product. Thank you so much for sharing!

  4. Totally wonderful, easy to use, with the added bonus of extending the amount of eggs. With the advent of high prices for food items, I don't always want to throw out egg yolks, however; I saved this for later use today, and was able to enjoy this as a scrambled egg this morning. I also did not add food coloring, and it turned out perfectly. Just a hint of salt and pepper at the end and presto eggs to go! Thank you so much Nyteglori!

  5. I used this recipe tonight for scrambled eggs on toast. The bit of powdered milk added a bit of richness to my egg whites without the calories and cholesterol of yolks. I did not add food coloring as my only yellow dye is an electric/acid, not appealing for this purpose. Thanks Nyte.

Married mother of twins. I very seldom ever use recipes as they are written, always modifying and adjusting them. Many times I will take three or four different recipes and come up with a new recipe based on those. <img src="http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e347/Saturn6666/KiwiDutch/3chefstag1.jpg">
