Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup diced onion
  • 14 cup diced celery
  • 14 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles, with seasoning packet

Directions

  1. In saucepan, bring water to boiling and add seasoning packet, eggs and vegetables. Stir until eggs look done.
  2. Simmer 5 minutes. Add noodles and cook 3-5 minutes more.
