Directions

  1. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; mix well.
  2. Whisk together water, flax meal , Stevia, applesauce, and vanilla.
  3. Add flax mixture to flour mixture. Mix until blended, but DON'T overmix.
  4. Pour into greased 8 inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts (optional).
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
