Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 slice bread

Directions

  1. Toast your bread, can add a little butter if you like.
  2. Whip the egg white till you get peeks.
  3. dollop the egg white onto the toast making a small indention in the top for the egg yoke to rest inches.
  4. You can either bake at 350 for 5 mins or broil on high for a few mins depending on your taste. (can also work in toaster oven.).
  5. *You can add Canadian bacon between whipped whites and toast if you like, or replace toast with large shiitake mushroom. Also can sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Basically what ever you think will work try it.
