  1. We didn't like the texture of the "meringue" eggs. Will go back to more traditional breakfast eggs. They do look cool though.

  2. I eat this a totaly different way with totaly different ingreedients.

  3. Very different but yet very good. Bravo

  4. I do a different spin on this receipe; tear away your bread crusts and push your bread slice into a muffin pan (bread takes on the shape of the muffin tin. Toast in the oven while you are scrambling the eggs. When both eggs & toast are ready, pop the toasted "birds nest" out of the muffin pan and insert egg into the "nest". Kids love it! Sometimes I'll add broken bacon strips

  5. This is a very cute presentation of an egg and toast! Makes a simple breakfast more cheerful! I will do this often. I just wish the neighborhood kids were still young so I could do this for them. What a kick they would get out of this. I prepared this in participation with the Zaar tag cook game. Thanks Char and I look forward to trying more of your recipes!
