ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons flour
¹⁄₄ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie pastry
nutmeg (to garnish)

directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into pie shell, place on a cookie sheet and bake 30 to 45 minutes, or until set.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with nutmeg.
