  1. Defrost hash browns in the microwave.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl and whisk in sour cream.
  3. Place pie shell (in its tin) on a cookie sheet.
  4. Spread cheddar on bottom of crust.
  5. Cover with hash browns (broken into small pieces), ham, and mozzarella.
  6. Pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle in salt.
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes until set.
