We woke up with the worst craving for waffles, and I didn't have any eggs. Soooo, instead of making a long distracting trip into the store, I used this recipe! Oh yes! GREAT waffles! You would never have guessed there wasn't an egg in the batch! THANK YOU SO MUCH! -
I use this for every kind of baking, even in cobbler crusts. It works well.
