  • Boil the eggs until they are hardboiled.
  • Cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
  • Add the onion, finely chopped, the celery, finely chopped, the mustard powder and mayonnaise into the bowl with the eggs.
  • Mix until blended.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
