Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup cheese
  • 14 cup bacon, diced ham any meat you want make sure it's already cooked or 14 cup vegetables or 14 cup mushrooms or 14 cup green pepper
  • 4 tablespoons picante sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. I'm going to do a small 8" skillet for simple me.
  2. Heat skillet, either us a spray or some real butter, something for it not to stick!
  3. Heat skillet medium or higher!
  4. 2 eggs beat it really good with a fork.
  5. add to a hot skillet.
  6. Sprinkle cheese as much as you want, your choice.
  7. Let egg brown on bottom, then flip cheese side facing down.
  8. Now put more cheese and bacon or any meat you want or veggies.
  9. Also if you want warm picante sauce put on now.
  10. Let it stay in skillet till the bottum side is browns.
