- 1 egg yolk, divided
- 1 teaspoon water, divided
- liquid food coloring
directions
- Place 1 egg yolk in a small bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon water and a few drops food coloring; beat lightly.
- Use to decorate pastry before baking.
