  • Combine all ingerdients in bowl, mixing well.
  • Start the ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid.
  • Churn for 20-40 mins or until desired consistancy.
  • Variations: Add 1/2 cup mix-ins, such as chocolate chips or chopped nuts, after ice cream has churned for at least 15 minutes or when mixture is thick and has star5ted to freeze.

  1. Wonderful ice cream! I substituted whole milk for the half and half. We all loved it! It froze in exactly 20 minutes in my Krups ice cream machine.
     
  2. This is just the recipe I have been looking for! The ice cream with eggs is good, but sometimes that eggy taste overwelms the simplistic goodness of the ice cream. This is perfect...sweet, creamy and a huge compliment to the cobbler that I served it with. Thanks so much for this winner!...Gina :)
