Directions

  1. Stir the first 5 ingrendients together in a large bowl.
  2. Beat the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
  3. Mix the two together and stir well.
  4. Form into 1 inch balls (about the size of a large cherry).
  5. Roll in the granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart in an ungreased cookie tray.
  6. Bake at 375 oF (180oC) for 10-12 minutes.
