ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust or 1 shortbread pie crust
- 1 box of vanilla cook & serve pudding
- 2 cups eggnog, your choice of flavor (I use Hood Cinnamon Eggnog)
- 1⁄2 stick cream cheese, softened
- 1 dash cinnamon
directions
- Prepare the pudding as directed, sustituting the milk with Eggnog.
- Blend the pudding with the softened cream cheese
- Pour into crust
- Refrigerate until set.
- Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon.
