  1. EXCELLENT!! I made it without the cherries because I didn't have any and it was wonderful! I shared some with my coworker and she said, "boy this would taste great with maraschino cherries in it" - I learned my lesson!! I am making my next 2 batches tonight - WITH CHERRIES!

  2. The taste was awesome, but it was way to grainy. I had to throw the batch out.

  3. This was great. The family ate this up and begged me to make more!

  4. I hate myself for giving you only 5 stars for this recipe. How I wish that I could give you the whole sky and probably, the whole universe!;-) I made this in the afternoon today for my brother(he's been a nice boy driving me all around Orlando ever since we got here and it was high time I did something to thank him!) and guess what he said when I fed him 3 spoonfuls of this...he said, "Your fudge is too delicious!". Oh he loved it! I echo what his taste buds think of this great treat! For the first time in my life today I used eggnog and marshmallow creme(both of which I do not get in Oman), and I can cross my heart and say this, "This combo is a marriage in food heaven when used in this recipe". I substituted butter with Shedd's Spread Country Crock and the rum extract with Mc Cormick's Imitation Pineapple Extract. Also, I used walnuts instead of pecans. I did not use any maraschino cherries since I did not have it on hand. Using that would make it all the more awesome. Instead of using white chocolate, I used Maxfield's All American Chocolates(I used 8 oz. in total like mentioned in the recipe. I used a combo of Raspberry cream, peanut cluster, chocolate cream, strawberry cream and butter caramel chocolates). I would love to share this on Valentine's day with my husband when I get married:-)How I wish my mom, dad and friends were here with my bro and me to enjoy this wonderful X'mas treat! Thank you with all my heart for posting this!

I'm Native American and live on a reserve. I love any thing that has to do with food from recipe collecting to grocery shopping. I'll try just about any food once. Right now I work in a sports store so when I'm not busy I'm always here on the Zaar.I have a lot of cookbooks that I've collected over the years but I don't use them much anymore because I'd rather do recipes here!
