Directions

  1. Mix oats, flax seed and water.
  2. Cook to desired consistency (my microwave is about 2 minutes).
  3. Let cool.
  4. Mix in egg.
  5. Microwave 20 seconds at a time, then stir.
  6. Repeat until egg begins to coagulate.
  7. Add milk, vanilla, sweet n low, and sprinkling of nutmeg.
  8. Enjoy.
