Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, eggs, spices and salt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean---mine took about 70 minutes.
  5. Cool on wire rack.
  6. Refrigerate until serving.
