Directions

  1. Cook sausage with minced onions, and garlic.
  2. Add cubed eggplant, when meat is done, and onions are light brown.
  3. Continue cooking for 7 minutes.
  4. Add margarine, spaghetti sauce, and pepper. Mix all.
  5. Put in casserole pan.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake in oven, at 325°F for 50 minutes.
  8. Serve hot or very warm.
