Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Saute or broil lightly strips of bacon.
  3. Grease bottom of muffin tin with the butter.
  4. Line the sides with the bacon.
  5. Place 1 egg in each pan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
  7. Turn them out onto: rounds of toast, English muffins or pineapple rings.
