  2. Add salt, pepper, and dill.
  3. Mince one of the eggs very fine.
  4. Mix into the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Blend the chives and parsley into the mayonnaise; mix well.
  6. Cut hard boiled eggs in half.
  7. Cover with herb mixture.
