- 1 ounce light rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Amaretto
- 1⁄2 ounce Cointreau liqueur
- 1⁄2 ounce pineapple juice
directions
- In cocktail shaker, pour ingredients over ice, shake and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with pineapple or orange slice if available.
