  1. This was really good and delicious, and I do like the kick that the salsa brings, especially when it is combined with the other ingredients. I used regular water with this recipe.
     
  2. Excellent recipe for a week night dinner and when one is in the mood for vegetarian. I believe this is an Anne Lindsay recipe. I made it without the sliced tomatoes as I couldn't get any nice ones at the store but will try it again when I have fresh tomatoes from my garden.
