Directions

  1. Mix together the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir all ingredients until mixed completely.
  4. Grease and flour 2 medium loaf pans.(maybe 3 depending on size).
  5. Spoon mixture into pans leaving room so bread can rise.
  6. Bake on middle rack at 350 degrees for one hour.
  7. Use toothpick to check.
  8. Let cool on racks and remove from pans.
