  1. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs, add chives, pepper, red pepper flakes, and picappepa. Mix well.
  2. Heat frying pan sprayed with Pam on stove over medium heat, add egg ingredients. As edges are looking cooked then add cheese and ham, tomato, jalapenos, mushroom.
  3. When eggs are slightly solid, flip egg in half and cut with spatula in half again. Continuing cooking till eggs are cooked and cheese has melted.
