  1. Sprinkle shrimp with essence.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil. Add onion, celery and garlic and cook until mostly tender.
  3. Add wine and cook 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes or until pink.
  5. Add cream, parsley and cayenne and heat to boiling.
  6. Spoon shrimp and sauce onto two dinner plates and garnish with parsley.
  7. These are great with the posted recipe for spinach cakes.
