  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a Pyrex custard cup (ramekin) with vegetable spray.
  3. Line with the slices of ham and break egg into it.
  4. Pour over the whipping cream.
  5. Sprinkle with the Swiss cheese and top with a pinch of dried basil.
  6. Place the cup inside a round metal cake pan for easier handling when hot.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg is set to your preference.
  8. Serve on top of the toasted English muffin.
