Ella Walker's Hamburger Corn Casserole

- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup pimento pepper, chopped
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons pepper
- 3 cups medium noodles, cooked
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
directions
- Brown meat: add chopped onion. Cook until tender, but not brown.
- Add next 7 ingredients; mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole.
- Mix crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake in a moderate 350F oven for approximately 1 hour. Snip parsley over top.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
