  1. Preheat oven at 325 degree.
  2. Take the celery and cut and dice it.
  3. Put the diced celery into the medium size bowl.
  4. Put into the same bowl meat, condensed tomato soup , instant minced onions, eggs,salt, bread crumbs, oregano flakes, and parsley flakes.
  5. Combine all the ingredient together thoroughly.
  6. Spray into a 9 x 13 inch oblong pan with no stick, vegetable cooking spray.
  7. Put the mixture from the bowl into the pan. Spread the mixture to cover the whole pan.
  8. Place the strips of bacon separately on top.
