ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup rich milk or 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 2 -4 cups flour (enough to make a soft dough)
directions
- Cream butter & sugar.
- Add eggs, soda and milk.
- Begin mixing in flour a little at a time until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out to 1/4" thick and use a cookie cutter.
- Bake 8 minutes.
