  1. A friend gave me this exact recipe a few years ago and everyone loves it! I actually use the healthy cream of chicken soup and skim milk and it still tastes great! I also typically cook 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks and add them to the soup instead of using the canned chicken. My husband refuses to eat canned meat:)

  2. WOW - what a great and easy soup. I made this today for lunch, and added a little corn and rice for some fillers, because I like my soups a little on the thick side. I also added a little bit of salsa while cooking, just to bounce it up a notch. I will definately make again. My brother just happened to be over when lunch was getting ready, and he had two bowls full. He loved it. Next time, I may just do some tortilla strips for a little extra crunch. Thanks MizzNezz for an easy and great recipe.

  3. Very good and easy to put together. I used leftover chicken seasoned with taco seasoning...probably closer to 16 oz. Thanks for such an easy recipe.

  4. YUMMY! We made this with the Mexican Doughboy Recipe #190082 and they made a perfect match for dinner. I made this as listed (with some toppings added) and it worked great. I used a medium enchilada sauce and it had a lot of heat. I'll only use a mild sauce next time. Thanks MizzNezz!

  5. I got to the store and forgot the recipe and ended up buying cheddar cheese soup instead of the Tiesta nacho cheese but it worked out quite well and was greatly enjoyed. Will make it again. This is a keeper.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
