"I got this recipe from our local newspaper. You can really taste the bran in these, so if you aren't a fan, these may not be for you!"

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I am forever on the search for new and exciting low fat recipes. My husband is not quite adventurous as I am so this proves to be a challenge! I love trying new things, but I always seem to do it when having company or taking it to someones home! So far, no major disasters. My two favourite cookbooks are LooneySpoons and Crazy Plates. Close in second is the Fat Free Living series by Jyl Stienback. I also like to read cookbooks like novels and am forever checking them out of the local library!
