  • Spread Saltines in one layer in a 12x18 Jellyroll Pan. Put in over at 400 for 6mins before you put everything else on them.
  • Melt Butter & Sugar in sauce pan over Med-high heat. Pour mixture evenly over crackers.
  • Melt Chocolate & pour over crackers. Sprinkle with nuts. Put in Freezer to set for 20 minute.
  • Remove from pan with spatula & allow to break into random pieces.

  1. Love when something so easy to make is so delicious! I brought these to my parents' house for Easter dinner, and nearly half the plate was gone before dinner was served. I was worried that these wouldn't harden up enough if I just melted the butter and sugar together, so I used a candy thermometer and cooked the butter/sugar mixture to soft ball stage. I tried the finished cookies both at room temperature and cold from the fridge, and while they're good both ways, I think I prefer them cold. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2012
