Directions

  1. Rinse and halve strawberries and divide them between serving bowls.
  2. Finely grind almonds and garlic with a hand held blender. Chop basil. Add chopped basil, water, oil, wine vinegar and dashes of sugar and salt to ground almonds & garlic, mix well.
  3. Pour sauce over strawberries just before serving. Serve with crusty bread as an appetizer.
