  1. Clean brussel sprouts.
  2. In a large pot steam Brussel sprouts for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan, melt butter and add garlic.
  4. Cook on low, letting the butter infuse with the garlic while sprouts are steaming.
  5. Add the Brussel sprouts to butter and turn heat up to medium.
  6. Sauté until caramelized, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
