Ingredients: 3 lbs ground beef; 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies; 1 (10 ounce) can rotel with green chilies; 1 (28 ounce) can spicy chili beans; 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce; 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper; 3/4 cup chopped onion; 4 tablespoons chili powder; 1 tablespoon seasoning salt; 1 tablespoon cumin; 2 teaspoons oregano; 1 tablespoon black pepper; 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 1/4 cups water

"This is from a restaurant in Stillwater, Oklahoma called Eskimo Joe's. I love trying chili recipes so I'm putting it here so I can find it. I plan on making a few changes like the amount of meat and I know I'll add more beans and probably adjust the seasonings a bit (we like it hot)."

ingredients

3 lbs ground beef
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
1 (10 ounce) can rotel with green chilies
1 (28 ounce) can spicy chili beans
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
³⁄₄ cup chopped green bell pepper
³⁄₄ cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
1 tablespoon black pepper
¹⁄₂ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¹⁄₄ cups water

directions

Brown meat in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. After browning the meat, you could also put this in a crockpot and cook on low for about 8 hours.
