Esperanza Il Forno Salad Dressing
"This is the house dressing for Il Forno New York Pizza & Pasta in Lawrenceville GA. It is very herby yet incredeibly creamy. I made it using a base recipe found on this site, so, I thought I would return the favor and post it here. It is not exactly like the Mellow Mushroom's but it is pretty good. Sorry for the large amount but I go through a gallon a week of this."

ingredients
- 4 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 3 ounces granulated garlic
- 4 1⁄2 ounces dried oregano
- 4 ounces basil
- 3 ounces pepper
- 1 ounce salt
- 2 1⁄2 ounces onion powder
- 8 ounces spicy brown mustard
- 8 ounces red wine vinegar
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 ounces white pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let stand in fridge for at least 24 hours before intended use.
