Esther's Down Home Meatloaf

"Originally appeared on an AOL cooking board back in the late 90's. Don't know who Esther was or how to thank her, but our family has enjoyed this meatloaf time and again! It can be made with ground beef, meatloaf mix, ground turkey, or any combination. My guys don't care for bits of veggies in their food, so I use 1 tsp. onion powder instead of the chopped onion."
