Evan's Heavenly Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

"These cookies have been a work in progress, that is until I nailed the recipe down and now my girlfriend begs me to make them almost weekly! They're easy to make and absolutely the best cookies I have ever tasted. We dont buy cookies anymore, let's put it that way! You can even sub-in margarine, Splenda, and Whole Wheat Flour and they still rock! Enjoy!"
