  1. Beat butter and sugars with electric mixer till fluffy.
  2. Add oil and egg, mix well.
  3. Add flour with soda, salt and cream of tartar.
  4. Add oatmeal, coconut and rice Krispeis, mix by hand.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoon on greased cookie sheet (I use small cookie scoop).
  6. Use fork dipped in water to flatten slightly.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, about 13-14 minutes.
  8. Using small cookie scoop, this makes about 107 cookies.
