  1. Brown ground beef with the onions, then mix first 13 ingredients & cook for 3 hours, then assemble lasagna as per below:
  2. Cover bottom of the dish with sauce then layer noodles, ricotta, sauce. Repeat two times, then top with provolone, sauce then mozzarella.
  3. Bake at 350 until cheese is brown -- about 45 minute.
  4. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
